Bath Soak / Foot Soak - Relieve Muscle Cramps

The Really Naked Bath Soak is an Australian product which is handmade to order with high quality magnesium chloride salt flakes, Himalayan pink salt, organic rose petals, organic chamomile flowers and relaxing lavender flowers.

You only need a couple of tablespoons per soak so that's a lot of spa time! The lovely flowers will treat your senses and relax you. Magnesium chloride should not to be confused with magnesium sulfate/epsom salts which is the cheaper and less effective alternative. The magnesium chloride used in our formulation is more easily absorbed by the skin, is known to relieve muscle cramps and may assist with sleep issues.

Key to a successful bath soak is the temperature of the water. A warm bath is what's required...not an overly hot one.

Don't have a bath tub? Then a foot soak in a small plastic tub can be just as effective.

Always take care when getting in and out of your bath tub as it can be slippery. It is recommended that you place the bath soak ingredients in a muslin or organza bag to make cleaning up easier. Alternatively use a strainer in your tub after your spa session and give your bath a rinse with clean water.

Properly store your bath soak in a cool, dark place. Seal well to keep airtight.
