Instructions for creating a matcha latte:

Add 1/2 tsp of matcha to a bowl and add 100 to 200ml of steamed milk (70 to 80°C) and sweetener of your choice. Use a bamboo whisk to mix the matcha latte until smooth and frothy. Decorate with frothed milk before serving.

Other suggestions:

Simply stir 1 teaspoon of matcha powder into your smoothie or 250ml of hot water.

Create matcha chocolate, smoothies, ice cream, cakes and more.
