Our premium curry leaves bring a unique flavour and aroma that is slightly citrusy and reminiscent of curry flavours and are often used in cooking Southeast Asian dishes. They are primarily added to curries, soups, stews, rice dishes, chutneys and various savoury dishes and are ideal for both culinary and wellness focused uses. Traditionally they are also said to have anti-inflammatory, digestive and antioxidant properties and some people even use the leaves to brew a herbal tea.
