ORGANIC ENGLISH BREAKFAST TEA - Fairtrade Certified

English breakfast tea contains antioxidants and minerals including polyphenols (catechins, theaflavins, and thearubigins), flavonoids, lipoproteins, L-theanine (an amino acid), potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, folate and fluoride, which prevent damage in your cells that can lead to diseases. 

This a premium blend of Assam and Darjeeling leaves which combines the bright colour of Assam tea and the muscatel aroma and strong flavour of Darjeeling tea. It's deliciously aromatic with an astringent finish.

The term 'breakfast' in the English breakfast tea is deceptive. When you've become a fan of this tea, you will want to indulge it at other times of the day other than when you first wake up.

Brewing Instructions:

Use quality filtered water if possible to ensure a superior cup of tea.
Place 1 teaspoon in 250ml of hot water (90 degrees Celsius) for between 3 and 5 minutes).
Strain and enjoy.
