English breakfast tea contains antioxidants and minerals including polyphenols (catechins, theaflavins, and thearubigins), flavonoids, lipoproteins, L-theanine (an amino acid), potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, folate and fluoride, which prevent damage in your cells that can lead to diseases.

Brewing Instructions:

Use quality filtered water if possible to ensure a superior cup of tea.
Place 1 teaspoon in 250ml of hot water (90 degrees Celsius) for between 3 and 5 minutes).
Strain and enjoy.
