LAVENDER TEA - VERY FRAGRANT and VERSATILE!

Lavender is known to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and help with insomnia. Aside from being a very pleasant tasting and fragrant tea beverage, it is also edible and can be used for baking and cooking purposes. Lavender not only helps improve your mood, but it can also keep bugs away. Moths and silverfish especially hate lavender. Sprinkle some super blue lavender in your bath, or put some in a pot pourri bowl or muslin bag to place around the house, near your pillow or among your clothes.

Brewing Instructions:

Use quality filtered water if possible to ensure a superior cup of tea.
Place 1 teaspoon in 250ml of hot water for between 5 to 7 minutes.
Strain and enjoy.
