Brewing Instructions for Humans: Catnip is soothing, with a warm and floral flavour and aroma. It can be used as a tea by filling a cup with boiling water along with 1 or 2 teaspoons of catnip in a strainer and letting it steep for around 10 minutes (slightly longer if you prefer a stronger taste).
