Try this super easy hot chocolate recipe:

First, whisk 2 tablespoons of the raw cacao powder into 
2 cups of cold milk with either 1 tablespoon of icing or
coconut sugar. For a healthier option, a drizzle of
honey or maple syrup can be used. Add a splash of
vanilla extract (optional) and a tiny pinch
of salt (optional, but it balances the flavours). 
Whisk until smooth. Whisking the cacao into the milk
before heating it allows it to dissolve completely. 
If you add it to hot milk it can clump up. 
Warm the hot chocolate on the stove, and you’re DONE!
The milk should preferably be 2% or more whole milk 
and you can of course experiment with the amount of
sweetness or milk you add.
