Chilli Flakes are used primarily in cooking, especially for sauces, soups and rice dishes and they are often used in spice mixes. A source of micro-nutrients, they are traditionally regarded as beneficial for fighting inflammation, assisting with immune function and possibly even promoting weight loss. Traditionally chilli flakes have also been regarded as possessing anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and cardio-vascular benefiting properties.
