Premium ORGANIC GREEN MOUNTAIN TEA

This delicious Green Tea is from tea leaves harvested in the pristine Chinese mountains and is known as Chun Mee.

Its flavour profile is a little sharper and more astringent than other green teas - bright, toasty and slightly tangy, with a lingering sweetness to round out the profile. Like all green tea, Chun Mee is packed with anti-aging properties, anti-oxidants and cancer fighting polyphenols. Being unfermented, those vitamins stay locked inside the tea leaf. It’s the perfect after dinner palate cleanser!

Brewing Instructions:

Use quality filtered water if possible to ensure a superior cup of tea.
Place 1 teaspoon in 250ml of hot water (80-85 degrees Celsius) for around 2 minutes. The tea should be a beautiful, clear yellow. Strain and enjoy.
