ORGANIC PURE CLOVE BUDS - FRESH STOCK

Cloves are used in herbal remedies as well as in cooking, especially for sauces, soups and rice dishes. They are often also used in spice mixes. A source of micro-nutrients, cloves are traditionally regarded as beneficial for enhancing digestion, reducing bloating and assisting with the reduction of the severity of coughs and sinusitis. Traditional topic use has been for tooth ache, rheumatism and arthritis. Cloves also have anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties.

*As cloves can be a choking risk they should be removed before serving dishes. When used in tea a tea strainer should be used.
