Dried Coriander (also referred to as Cilantro) leaves have a distinct, clean, appetizing taste which is most often associated with Thai and other Asian cooking. They balance the heat in dishes nicely and impart a fresh lemony flavour.

Traditionally coriander leaves have also been used in herbal tea to aid digestion and boost immunity. Some have even claimed that they may help lower blood pressure.

Used in herbal remedies as well as in cooking and even as an ingredient in tea blends, coriander leaf is a source of vitamins and minerals including iron, as well as dietary fibre.
