ORGANIC DONG QUAI ROOT HERB TEA

Botanical Name: Angelica sinensis

Also known as female ginseng and dang gui, dong quai root has been used traditionally to address women's health conditions. Historically it has been used in TCM and is regarded as having a gentle warming action. It is believed to nourish the blood, restore the body’s natural balance, and serve as a female tonic particularly for menstrual and menopausal issues. It is usually used to make a herbal tea and is generally not used on a long term basis.
