Brewing Instructions:

Use quality filtered water if possible to ensure a superior cup of tea. Place 1/2 teaspoon in 250ml of hot water (95 degrees Celsius) for 5 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Alternatively it can also be added to smoothies, yogurt and various beverages.
