ORGANIC HIBISCUS TEA

Hibiscus tea protects with antioxidants. The hibiscus plant is rich in antioxidants such as beta-carotene, vitamin C and anthocyanin. Therefore, it may fight inflammation, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, promote weight loss, fight bacteria and support liver health.

There's nothing quite like a hot or cold cup of hibiscus tea on any day. Totally caffeine free, you can indulge in this tea at any time of the day. It is said to have a tart floral taste which is akin to cranberries! The visual appeal further adds to your tea experience!

Brewing Instructions:

Can be brewed in hot or cold water. Use quality filtered water if possible to ensure a superior cup of tea.
Place 1 teaspoon in 250ml of hot water for between 5 to 7 minutes. Hibiscus tea may be cold-brewed but it will take around 12 hours.
Strain and enjoy.

Not recommended for those with low blood pressure.
