This health packed unique herbal infusion is designed to replace sugary drinks and can be brewed hot or cold. The taste is fruity, tarty and refreshing with a balanced berry, citrus flavour. The tea may also assist with minor bloating, kidney and urinary issues and is also great for making iced tea.

Ingredients: Apple, rosehips, hibiscus, raspberry, lemon balm, lemon myrtle, stevia leaf, freeze dried lemon and liquorice root 

Brewing instructions:

Place 1-2 heaped teaspoons into 200 ml of hot water. Use quality filtered water if possible to ensure a superior cup of tea. Brew at 100 degrees Celsius for between 9 to 10 minutes, depending on how strong you like it. Strain and serve.
