This delicious organic hojicha tea is traditionally produced from premium stalks with few leaves. Also known as roasted green tea, hojicha is popularly drunk hot or cold and is used to make iced tea all over Japan. Smooth and sweet, almost like caramel. Tastes great and is good for you! The leaves can be reused twice.

Brewing Instructions:

Use quality filtered water if possible to ensure a superior cup of tea. Place around 2 grams in 200ml of hot water (90 degrees Celsius) for around 5 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
