This organic hojicha tea powder is traditionally produced from premium stalks with few leaves. Also known as roasted green tea, hojicha is popularly drunk hot or cold and is used to make iced tea all over Japan. This product is designed to make hojicha lattes with a slightly heavier roasted quality. The taste is smooth, roasted and nutty.

Brewing Instructions:

Use quality filtered water if possible to ensure a superior cup of tea. Place around 2 grams in 200ml of hot water (90 degrees Celsius) for around 5 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
