ORGANIC NETTLE LEAF TEA

The nettle leaf contains the power of polyphenols which made it a plant used historically in treating various health conditions. These include urinary tract infections, arthritis and pain, but not least of all, blood sugar management.

Brewing Instructions:

Use quality filtered water if possible to ensure a superior cup of tea.
Place 1 teaspoon in 250ml of hot water and steep for 10 minutes.
Strain and enjoy. Add a teaspoon of honey if required.
