Organic Plantain

This is a premium herb, usually added to herbal blends or used on its own to make tea. Traditionally this herb was regarded as beneficial for promoting healing and fighting infection. It is also regarded as useful for soothing allergies and asthma, helping with pain and spasms, detoxifying the colon and liver and helping with benign prostate issues. It’s properties were historically described as astringent, demulcent, cooling, detoxifying and antiseptic.
