What makes this chai wonderfully different? We use all organic ingredients including black tea, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, aniseed, turmeric, black peppercorns, cloves, star anise, turmeric, black peppercorns and Pink Himalayan Salt along with our secret ingredient: Australian honey. By using honey, you get beautiful buttery toffee notes in the chai, all mellow and toasty, with a lovely colour. The honey also helps prevent ‘de-blending’, so that every cup of organic sticky chai should taste similar.

Serving suggestions: Add 2-3 heaped teaspoons to a small saucepan with 150ml water. Bring to a simmer for about 2 minutes on the stove and then add 350ml of milk and simmer. Strain, pour into a cup and taste. OR Add 1-2 heaped teaspoons to 250ml of milk to a small saucepan or pot. Simmer at a low heat for around 5 minutes but do not let the liquid boil. Strain, pour into a cup, and taste. No sugar is usually needed.

Please Note: You should always check with your health care practitioner before using new herbs, especially if you are pregnant, lactating, on medication or have a medical condition. As this product is sticky by nature, clumping may occur. Store in a cool, dry area, out of sunlight or pop it into your fridge or freezer.
