We use all organic ingredients including black tea, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, aniseed, turmeric, black peppercorns, cloves, star anise, turmeric, black peppercorns and Pink Himalayan Salt along with our secret ingredient: Australian honey. By using honey, you get beautiful buttery toffee notes in the chai, all mellow and toasty, with a lovely colour. The honey also helps prevent ‘de-blending’, so that every cup of organic sticky chai should taste similar. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServing suggestions: Add 2-3 heaped teaspoons to a small saucepan with 150ml water. Bring to a simmer for about 2 minutes on the stove and then add 350ml of milk and simmer. Strain, pour into a cup and taste. OR Add 1-2 heaped teaspoons to 250ml of milk to a small saucepan or pot. Simmer at a low heat for around 5 minutes but do not let the liquid boil. Strain, pour into a cup, and taste.
