Brewing Instructions:

Brew in hot water. Use quality filtered water if possible to ensure a superior cup of tea.
Place 1 heaping teaspoon in 250ml of hot water for 15 minutes or longer. Strain, add honey or lemon if desired, then sip and enjoy!
