Orris Root is traditionally regarded as being beneficial for digestion, detox, hair and reputedly even blood health. It is usually used as a tea.

Brewing Instructions:

Use quality filtered water if possible to ensure a superior cup of tea.
Place 1 teaspoon in 250ml of hot water and brew on medium heat for 10 minutes.
Strain and enjoy. Add a teaspoon of honey if required.
